We delve into the formal requirements and give full attention to the ins and outs of “good corporate governance” and “soft controls” (behavior and unwritten rules). This allows you to develop a clear view and understanding of the triangle of directors, Supervisory Board members and stakeholders.

Day 2
We delve into what organizational culture truly is and how, as a director or supervisory board member, you can gain insight into both its strengths and weaknesses. We also discuss how to change culture sustainably and effectively.
Day 3
We examine the impact of sustainability on governance and oversight, and how to balance legislation, strategy, and feasibility. Using new regulations and examples from your own organization, we explore how to embed sustainability in your strategy firmly.
