We integrate business and society into existing courses instead of adding them as extras. You learn to view every decision through the lens of Business & Society, not as a separate discipline but as a way of thinking about leadership. Our Business & Society Competency Framework provides direction in four domains: 

• Responsible leadership: act with integrity, weigh trade-offs, decide for the long term. 

• Collaboration: build coalitions, align stakeholders, turn dialogue into action. 

• Business modeling: design value propositions that balance performance and responsibility.

Sustainability Leadership Program (SLP)

This Advanced Program empowers leaders to design purpose-driven strategies and business models that drive meaningful and lasting impact in society.
